Law School to Host Program on Consumer Bankruptcy Litigation

The American Bankruptcy Institute and Suffolk University Law School's Advanced Legal Studies program will sponsor the Second Annual Northeast Consumer Winter Forum, a daylong educational program focusing on litigation in consumer bankruptcy cases.

The program will take place from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday, January 18, at the Law School, 120 Tremont St., Boston.

Panel discussions will be led by experts on current substantive issues in consumer bankruptcy cases, and a litigation skills forum will feature advice from bankruptcy judges and litigators.

Those attending are invited to join American Bankruptcy Institute Executive Director Samuel J. Gerdano, a former chief counsel to the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee, for a lunchtime discussion on current and prospective legislative developments.

A reception will follow the conclusion of the program at 4:30 p.m.

Registration required.
