Law Professor Renee Landers appeared on CNN to discuss constitutional issues raised as 14 states file suit against the federal government.

The lawsuit argues that that the government does not have the right to mandate health care insurance for citizens.

Landers discussed legal precedent and congressional powers related to the case in her CNN appearance.
