Trademark Moot Court Team Competes
The Law School’s trademark moot court team competed in the Saul Lefkowitz Trademark Moot Court, sponsored in February by the International Trademark Association (INTA).
Stacie Corcoran and Nazli Saka were co-captains, returning for a second year. Dan Rose and James Anderson were their partners.
Jennifer Mau was the team manager, organizing all the practice rounds, taking notes, and distributing memos.
The team performed at a very high level, although it did not place in the oral arguments. Its advocacy over the weekend before two panels of trademark judges was exceptional. The judges were active and probing and the Law School's two teams had clear and insightful answers to all of the questions.
