Residential Summer Institutes

Suffolk University offers eight different Residential Summer Institutes—starting July 8. These two-week intensive summer programs give high school sophomores and juniors a preview of college life and include tours of Boston landmarks -- from the historic Freedom Trail to Fenway Park -- with the Suffolk faculty and staff.

And the six-week New England School of Art & Design Pre-college Program offers high school students a chance to study art and design at the college level—and to work on their college portfolios. In addition to the in-class studio experience, there are field trips to museums and the studios of Boston-area artists and designers. Guest lecturers introduce topics in art history, photography, and current art and design trends.

The Suffolk High School Scholars Program is specially designed for high achieving high school seniors. A variety of summer courses offer an opportunity to earn college credits and get a real taste of undergraduate academics. Specific requirements apply.
