The Dean's Office is delighted to present the College of Arts and Sciences' first alumni magazine, Suffolk Arts+Sciences, developed with the help of numerous departments and offices across the College and University, including the Biology Department, Theatre Department, New England School of Art and Design at Suffolk University (NESADSU), University Archives, Alumni Relations, and others. 

"Welcome to our inaugural issue," says Dean Kenneth Greenberg. "The pages will give you a glimpse of our community today. Here you will meet Emilio Aragon, College of Arts and Sciences alumnus and an actor, musician, and entrepreneur much beloved in Spain, and James Carroll, National Book Award winner, Boston Globe columnist and a faculty member in the College of Arts and Sciences." 
 "You will get a peek into the Suffolk-based literary magazine, Salamander; a tour of the new Poetry Center; and a front row seat in the C. Walsh Theatre," says Greenberg. "You'll visit the shores of northern Maine and see where students conduct marine science research, summer after summer.

"Whether you graduated in 2006 or 1966, or whether you are a staff or teaching member of the Suffolk community, you will recognize the cobblestoned streets of Beacon Hill and the bustle of students in the shadow of the State House. I hope you share my delight: the College of Arts and Sciences is brimming with energy."
