See the World - Register for a Global Travel Seminar

When choosing your courses at the Sawyer Business School, make sure you have a valid passport as international travel is what you will be doing if you enroll in a Global Travel Seminar.

Global Travel Seminars include much more than your typical classroom lecture. Your seminar leader (a faculty expert in the region you will be visiting), will take you and your classmates to an international business center where you will learn from executives exactly what happens in the boardrooms and factory floors of global companies. Your faculty leader will guide you through an immersive business and cultural experience, complete with meetings with local experts, company visits, and authentic cultural experiences. You’ll come away from the experience with a global mindset that is necessary for today’s business leaders.

This year, the Sawyer Business School is proud to offer its most diverse slate of Global Travel Seminars. Undergraduates will have the option to travel to: Mexico City, Mexico; London, England; Athens, Greece; and Beijing, China. Graduates will travel to: Sao Paulo and Rio de Janeiro, Brazil; Dubai, UAE; London, England, Frankfurt, Munich and Berlin Germany, and Beijing, Xian and Shanghai, China.

Located on the 12th floor of the Stahl Center, the Global Travel Seminar Office will assist you in your adventure. Office staff will walk you through the entire process. They will provide you with details about the program, help you register and assist in your pre-travel preparation. Office staff will help you make special logistical arrangements included visa procurement (when necessary).

An information session calendar and continual updates and announcements about the program will be posted to www.suffolk.edu/business/globalseminars . For additional information, you can always also contact Michael Brown, Manager of the Global Travel Seminar Program today at 617.573.8077 or [email protected].
