Kris Polito Publishes Articles in HR Management Magazine

Kristin Polito, Director of the Suffolk Executive MBA Program and Associate Director of the Institute for Executive Education, recently published an invited article on the growth and development of professionals who choose to pursue an Executive MBA. The article, "The Executive MBA--A Quest for Professional Development Leads to Personal Enrichment" appears this month in the online edition of Human Resources Management (HRM) Magazine.

The article is a case study illustrating the learning, professional development, and personal growth of a Suffolk Executive MBA cohort. The article studies the Suffolk Executive MBA experience and how individuals in the cohort changed throughout the program.

In addition, Kris published a shorter article which appeared in the full magazine edition of HRM Magazine entitled "The Executive MBA--First Among Equals." With roughly 6,000 Executive MBAs who graduate worldwide, their numbers represent only 5 percent of the total MBA population. By creating a sense of membership and support for each other, EMBAs can serve as an important role model as emerging business leaders.
