WENHAM, Mass.-- Several individuals posted solid efforts for both Suffolk cross country teams on Saturday afternoon at the Gordon Invitational held on the campus of Gordon College. 

Senior Will Feldman (Sheffield, Mass.) led four Rams that placed in the top 19, as he finished sixth overall with a time of 29:34 over the 8K layout. Junior Matt Stas (Kingston, Mass.) and sophomore Daniel Hassan (Marlboro, Mass.) were next in 15th and 16th places, respectively, for Suffolk with times of 31:13 and 31:18, while senior Cole Dillon (Old Saybrook, Conn.) rounded out the Suffolk quartet with a 19th place finish in a time of 31:58.

On the women’s side, sophomore Anna Birdsall (Wall, N.J.) was the top performer for the Rams, as she finished 14th individually with a time of 21:57, while senior Heather Luciani (Wakefield, Mass.) was 52nd overall with a time of 28:12 over the 5K layout.

Both Suffolk squads will compete for their respective Great Northeast Athletic Conference championships next Saturday.
