Women’s Soccer Team Honored for Academic Excellence
8th straight award from National Soccer Coaches Association of America
The Suffolk women’s soccer team is creating a dynasty – for excellence inside the classroom.
For the eighth year in a row, the team has been recognized for its outstanding academic performance by the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) with the Team Academic Award for the 2015-16 season.
Under the direction of head coach Darren Lloyd, the Rams posted a 3.42 cumulative grade-point average last season, the highest mark for all of Suffolk’s varsity sports.
