Seriously Bent improvised its way to victory in the East Coast Regional competition of the College Improv Tournament Saturday night, successfully defending its title. Suffolk's student improv troupe now heads to Chicago for the College Improv Tournament National Competition in February 2010. Seriously Bent has competed nationally in each of the College Improv Tournament's three seasons, placing second in last year's Chicago finals. Saturday's daylong competition involved troupes from 13 East Coast colleges and universities and took place at Improv Boston and the Improv Asylum. New York University's DangerBox was the runner-up to Seriously Bent. For a taste of Seriously Bent's brand of humor, see its 2008 regional championship performances
