Mikhail Bryan Scores Conference Honors

Seven-point week earns Player of the Week nod for second time this season.

Mikhail Bryan was named New England Hockey Conference Player of the Week after scoring seven points as the Rams compiled a 3-0 record.

In December, Bryan was the first-ever Rams student-athlete chosen as NEHC best player over a seven-day period and now takes home his second such honor of the season.

To open the week, the senior captain netted what would be the eventual game-winner in a 4-1 victory at Fitchburg State on Jan. 8. Three days later, he opened the home-and-home series with Johnson & Wales with a two-assist day in the 6-2 victory. The following day Bryan matched his personal bests in goals (2) and points (2) in a come-from-behind 8-6 win over the Wildcats on Jan. 12.

Overall, the Rams have collected four weekly accolades from the league this year with Bryan's classmate, Michael Levine, holding a pair of NEHC Goaltender of the Week nods.
