INTO Suffolk Academics
We provide a customized series of programs—Academic English programs, International Year One for undergraduates, and Graduate Pathways for graduate students—designed to support international students’ goals and ambitions as they transition to living and learning in the United States.
At every academic level throughout your program of study, you will receive personalized academic advising and support services. You’ll form close bonds with your professors and fellow students in small classes led by English-language teaching professionals and University faculty members. As an INTO Suffolk student, you’ll enjoy the same privileges as Suffolk students, including full access to all University facilities and offerings—from recreation centers and libraries to clubs, athletics, and events all around campus.
INTO Suffolk is for you
- If your English ability is close to the required admission score, but you must demonstrate the proficiency needed for direct admission
- If your GPA is close to the required admission standard and you’d like to prove your academic capabilities to Suffolk
- If you’re ready to begin undergraduate or graduate coursework in your major while also building your English language skill competency
- If you’d like to receive tutoring to assure academic success in your undergraduate or graduate coursework, enhance your study skills, and participate in workshops on American academic culture
