Center for Real Estate

From trophy properties in the Back Bay to co-working spaces in the Finance District to corporate headquarters in the Seaport, Boston remains one the most exciting real estate markets in the world.

Suffolk University, strategically located in downtown Boston, is in close proximity to developers, city and state officials, construction management firms, architectural firms, and other professional collaborators in the development of case studies. Within just a few blocks from the University, several major real estate projects are underway, including the new Bulfinch Crossing, Winthrop Square Tower, and the reconstruction of condominiums, hotels, and theater buildings.

Suffolk’s location, combined with a cross section of talented faculty in business, liberal arts, and law, represent a robust teaching opportunity and fertile platform for the Center for Real Estate.

Students interested in the real estate industry can join the Future Investors in Real Estate (FIRE) Club. The student-run organization helps educate and create opportunities for its members.
