EyeMed provides vision insurance for you and any eligible dependents when you first become eligible to enroll, during Open Enrollment, or if you have a qualifying event.

You may purchase vision insurance for you and your dependents through the convenience of payroll deduction. Your coverage is in addition to any vision benefits included in the medical plan.
