We are not currently accepting or processing requests for hard copy Diplomas. Secure PDF diplomas can emailed as normal. PDF diplomas are free of charge. We currently cannot provide our standard notary or apostille services.
Your diploma will be printed with your name as it appears on your official University record. Diploma names may be changed free of charge, provided you submit the name change form to the University Registrar's Office prior to degree conferral. The University does not list credentials and titles on diplomas.
If you are completing your degree requirements in May, your diploma will be distributed immediately following your commencement ceremony. Diplomas are mailed within a week after the September and January conferral dates to the address on file.
If you have any outstanding financial obligations to the University at the time of degree conferral, your diploma will not be released to you. Please contact the Office of the Bursar for information on your student account.
Duplicate Diplomas & Certificates
The cost to order a duplicate/replacement diploma or certificate is $10 per copy. You can make your payment by credit or debit card through the online payment form. The University Registrar's Office also accepts cash, checks, or money orders, which you can mail with your request form to the address below:

Diplomas and certificates will be reprinted with your name as it appeared on your official University records at the time of degree conferral. You can make a name change, provided you submit a Name Change form [PDF] form and supporting documentation with your replacement request form. Please note: Duplicate/replacement diplomas and certificates are issued in our current style and size.
