Online CLAS Services Information

For Summer 2021, the CLAS will be offering all its services exclusively online.

All tutoring appointments will now take place online through Zoom. You can schedule tutoring appointments by clicking the “Get Assistance” button on the homepage of your Navigate account or by calling 617-573-8034. At some point before your scheduled appointment time, your tutor will email you instructions containing a link to your online tutoring environment.

To help students, we've extended our tutoring hours! Tutors are now available Monday-Friday from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.

Please see our updated global policies for online tutoring appointments [PDF].

All writing and math/statistics tutoring will be appointment-based as well, which means that we will not offer drop-in writing tutoring in the Sawyer Library or math/statistics drop-in tutoring on the 9th floor of 73 Tremont during the summer

The CLAS does not offer study groups over the summer. Check back in September for our fall 2021 study group schedule.

Our English language workshop will commence on Wednesday, May 19. Students may come and go as they are able, and no appointment is necessary.

All members of the Suffolk community are welcome to attend English language workshops, which are a great opportunity for English language learners to practice their English skills in a casual, friendly environment.

Academic coaching appointments are available and may take place either in-person, by phone, or online. To schedule an academic coaching appointment, email Orla Downey.
