Cara Libman is a Practitioner in Residence with the Environmental Law and Policy Clinic at Suffolk University Law School. In collaboration with Professor Robert Cox, Cara is designing the Environmental Law and Policy Clinic to teach students a diverse range of environmental policy and case work, including environmental regulation and legislation at the federal, state, and local levels.

Prior to becoming a Practitioner in Residence, Cara worked in federal government relations at a non-profit health insurance company and as a legislative director for members of the Massachusetts Senate. As a student at Suffolk University Law School, Cara served as Editor-in-Chief of the Suffolk Transnational Law Review and practiced as a SJC Rule 3:03 Student Attorney with the Human Rights and Indigenous Peoples Clinic.
