Teaching Philosophy

Teaching is a conversation between the student and professor. Ideally we learn from each other. I teach students to value the cultural and societal environments they occupy, and to respond creatively to their individual situations. We learn to work with obstacles and questions with an innovative viewpoint while developing technique.
