Biography
Dr. Prezas’s research encompasses theoretical and empirical finance with an emphasis on valuation models, capital structure, capital budgeting, corporate restructuring, executive compensation and banking. His work has been published in Journal of Financial Stability, Journal of Corporate Finance, Financial Management, Financial Review, Journal of Financial Research, etc.
