Professional Development Courses
Courses are taught by Suffolk University professors and industry guest lecturers. We offer discounted rates for Suffolk alumni and groups of three or more. The three courses below were taught in 2014-2015. Participants learned about high-performing buildings, green leases, climate change preparedness, and new developments in energy policy. They also got an inside look at how real estate development projects are conceived, designed, approved, and built. They used Suffolk's Academic and Science Building at 20 Somerset Street as a real-time model.
