Creative Writing Minor
As a Creative Writing minor at Suffolk University, you’ll gain an understanding of how poetry, fiction, and creative nonfiction work. Through workshops and individual feedback, you'll hone your ability to produce work in those genres with a keen understanding of audience, a knowledge of the process of generating and revising your creative work, and a commitment to craft.
If you decide to minor in Creative Writing, you'll seize on a rare opportunity to receive thoughtful, individualized guidance from faculty and from peers who are dedicated to the challenging process of turning a blank page into a work of art. This minor pairs well with every major at Suffolk. Internship opportunities are also available through the English Department. You can learn more on our Internships/Careers page.
