Stress is a common problem among college students, and if left untreated, can lead to more serious disorders. Suffolk wants your college experience to be as stress-free as possible. Suffolk University provides an on-line screening tool for self-assessments for depression, eating disorders, and alcohol use. The results remain totally anonymous; you are the only one that sees your assessment results. This tool may be helpful in determining whether or not you may have a problem, and if talking to a professional may help.
