This page contains important dates, request forms and other information regarding the budget for Suffolk University's student clubs.

Budget Forms and Information

1. Each of these are due by 5 p.m. on Thursdays to the SGA Treasurer. In addition, each of these require the Treasurer to be present to represent their organization the following Tuesday at the Finance Meeting and, if approved, the following Thursday for final approval at the SGA meeting. 

2. Revised Budget Process - Present to the Finance Committee in order to "open" your budget for the year and access your money.

3. Check Requests must be submitted by 4 p.m. on Fridays in order for the checks to be ready at 1 p.m. the following Friday.
