What is e-Checkin?

Suffolk University’s e-Checkin process is a quick and easy way to keep students safe and informed. The University requires all students to provide accurate contact information so that in the unlikely case of a student or Suffolk emergency, students can be immediately reached.

How to Complete the e-Checkin Process

To complete e-Checkin on either your laptop or your mobile device:

  1. Login to MySuffolk,with your Suffolk University login credentials (email login ID and password). If you have difficulty logging in, please contact the University Service Desk at 617-557-2000 or by email.
  2. Half way down the page, click Log-in to WebAdvisor. On the top right corner of the page, click Log In. Click Students. The e-Checkin screen is under the My Personal Information tab. Before completing the process, it will be the only item you may access. Read and complete each form carefully before proceeding to the next screen.
  3. After completing all the screens, you will need to completely logout of WebAdvisor, close your browser, then go back in to access the full Students Menu.

Students must complete e-Checkin annually.
