About to earn your degree from Suffolk University? Congratulations! Here's some important information about your diploma.

Diploma Update

Your diploma will be printed with your name as it appears on your official University record. Diploma names may be changed free of charge, provided you submit the Name Change Form [PDF] to the University Registrar's Office prior to degree conferral. The University does not list credentials and titles on diplomas.

If you are completing your degree requirements in May, your diploma will be distributed immediately following your commencement ceremony. Diplomas are mailed within a week after the September and January conferral dates to the address on file.

If you have any outstanding financial obligations to the University at the time of degree conferral, your diploma will not be released to you. Please contact the Office of the Bursar for information on your student account.
