Registrar's Office

The University Registrar's Office provides support and service to students, faculty, alumni/ae, and administrators of Suffolk University in the areas of records, registration, data reporting, transcripts, grades, graduation, as well as classroom management and scheduling.


Currently we are unable to process hard copies of transcripts, diplomas, and enrollment verifications. All PDF requests can be processed. Registrar's Office staff can be reached during normal business hours at their direct lines, Ram Center 617-573-8488, or email.

Our normal business hours are Monday through Thursday 8:45 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. and Friday 8:45 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

From May 24 - August 8, we will be open for phone and email service Monday - Thursday, 8:15 a.m. - 5:45 p.m. We will be closed on Fridays during this time frame.
