Payment Methods for Tuition & Fees

In order to study abroad at Suffolk Madrid, you have to ensure that all financial aspects of your journey are address. Below is an outline of payments that need to be made and requisite dates for each semester.

Academic Year 2017–2018

*Students will not be permitted to complete Suffolk Madrid course registration, attend classes, or enter Campus-sponsored housing if all payments are not made according to the following schedule:

Fall 2017

Full payment due August 1, 2017

Spring 2018

Full payment due January 3, 2018

Summer 2018

Full payment due May 4, 2018

How to Pay:

1. By Check

In US dollars
Write your student ID number on a US bank check or money order, made payable to Suffolk University and mail to:

Do not send cash in the mail.

2. Online

You can pay your tuition and fees online at SU Pay. Suffolk University accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover as well as ACH payments using your checking or savings account. Credit and debit card payments will be assessed a convenience fee of 2.75%.

3. Wire Transfer

Very Important: Include the name of the student or university program in the observation or reference section of the transfer so that the money will be applied to the proper Student Account.

International Wires
Suffolk University has partnered with peerTransfer Education in an effort to make our international students wire payments simple and more affordable. By paying in their home currency, students are typically able to save up to $1,500 on a $40,000 tuition payment compared to using traditional banks. In addition, the posting of the payment to the student's Suffolk tuition account will be faster.

Select the country from which your funds will originate and the payment amount in US dollars you wish to make to your bill.

In most cases, the US dollar amount will be converted into your home currency at preferential exchange rates, which is a saving for you.

After providing your basic information, you are able to book this transaction and receive emailed instruction in regards to paying peerTransfer Education from your home country's bank account.

peerTransfer Education will then forward the US dollar amount to Suffolk, where it will be directly credited to your student account. Once this process is complete, you will receive an email to confirm receipt of your payment.
