Service Portal is a one-stop shop for employees to access all University information services. This user friendly, cloud based portal is accessible from computers and mobile devices. It allows users to request services, search for solutions and report issues.
Requests can include:
- computer equipment
- web requests
- other administrative services
This self-service portal also includes a Knowledge Base with helpful information and common task instructions for faculty and staff.
- Navigate to the Service Portal
- Click the Login button and use your Suffolk username and password
- The Service Portal landing page will open, giving you access to make requests, report issues, and search topics and articles for troubleshooting
