Service Portal is a one-stop shop for employees to access all University information services. This user friendly, cloud based portal is accessible from computers and mobile devices. It allows users to request services, search for solutions and report issues.

Requests can include:

  • computer equipment
  • web requests
  • other administrative services

This self-service portal also includes a Knowledge Base with helpful information and common task instructions for faculty and staff.

Instructions

  • Navigate to the Service Portal
  • Click the Login button and use your Suffolk username and password
  • The Service Portal landing page will open, giving you access to make requests, report issues, and search topics and articles for troubleshooting

Find Topics Using the Search Bar

Within the search bar, type the terms you are interested in. Top articles and services relating to the phrase or keywords will automatically appear in a list below the search bar.

Make a Request

Anytime you would like to request make a request regarding technology equipment or other Suffolk Services, choose the "Request Something" option on the Service Portal Home page.

Reference Knowledge Base Articles

Knowledge Base is a collection of articles which address many of the most common topics. Knowledge Base articles are easily accessible through the main search bar or based by category.

Get Additional Help

Contact the ITS Service Desk to report a problem. This will create a ServiceNow incident or ticket – use this when something is broken or is not working the way it should.
