The ITS ServiceDesk supports computing equipment, networking, and software for all of Suffolk University's offices and departments. It also helps the Suffolk community with email, the portal, and wireless network access issues.

if you need a 15 minute tech check please schedule via our Microsoft Bookings page. A tech will send a link to an online meeting to discuss specific tech issues and work through a solution.
