Please make sure to have a complete name and a department on all packages shipped to the University. When packages are delivered with just an address and no name or department, Mail Services has to contact the Business Office and have them trace the package through the P.O.#. Sometimes it may require a package to be opened, and it delays service.
The Campus Mail Services policy is to accept deliveries from the following services: U.S. Postal Service, Overnight deliveries such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc., ground service from UPS, and FedEx. Otherwise, deliveries should be delivered to the respective departments. When using vendors not listed, please instruct them of this policy, which is also stated on the back of purchase orders.
