Emerald Aisle
Choose any vehicle on the aisle in the US or Canada.
Simply reserve a Midsize car at participating locations. When you arrive at the location, go directly to the Emerald Aisle or Executive area. Choose any make, model and color at the reserved Midsize rate. The keys are in the car.
Emerald Checkout
Download or update the National App to ensure you have the latest version; launch the app and login using your Emerald Club® credentials in the US or Canada. Then follow these six simple steps:
- Choose a car
- Scan any of the QR codes or barcodes on the vehicle
- Confirm details
- Review your rental details and verify your payment method
- Proceed to any exit booth
- Show your driver’s license and the barcode on your phone to the agent at any exit booth
Premier Selection
Premier Selection offers upscale vehicles that are clearly marked so customers can easily identify and upgrade their rental without ever visiting the rental counter. Choose extra-prestige and performance vehicles, such as the Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator and Lexus IS250. And, Emerald Club Executive and Executive Elite members enjoy special pricing on Premier Selection upgrades. Look for Premier Selection at more than 50 locations in the US and Canada.
Emerald Reserve Service
When you need a specific car class — convertible, SUV, minivan or any other vehicle. Reserve your vehicle at more than 70 participating locations. When you arrive, bypass the counter and go directly to the row of the car class you reserved. Choose any vehicle from your reserved car class, the keys are in the car.
Emerald Club Counter Service
Review and sign your rental agreement in the dedicated Emerald Club line, get the keys and go. Some locations feature a booth situated on the lot which allows you to bypass the counter and process your rental.
