Graduate Certificate in Customer Insights
The Graduate Certificate in Customer Insights focuses on research methods, qualitative and quantitative analysis, and data visualization—all through advanced software, hands-on projects, and case studies. In addition to examining global and cross-cultural consumer behavior, the program introduces established and emerging research techniques, and requires you to actively engage in the process of conducting qualitative research.
This certificate program is designed to be completed part-time in one semester on campus. You can continue to build on your marketing knowledge by stacking the Graduate Certificate in Customer Insights with our Graduate Certificates in Digital Marketing Analytics or Strategic Marketing. If you apply to the MS in Marketing (MSM) degree program or another graduate business degree program, you may be able to apply the courses in this certificate program to reduce the time it will take to complete your master’s degree.
