How Can We Help You?

The Office of Conferences and Events is responsible for:

  • Booking on-campus space for internal and external meetings, conferences and events
  • Serving as administrator for the 25Live Room Scheduling System
  • Managing summer housing, conferences, and internship housing

We can also assist you with:

Event planning and budgeting

  • Room design
  • Furniture and chair rental
  • Creating a room block at a nearby hotel
