Continued use of online meeting and event tools is preferred and recommended. If it is necessary to gather in person—even one-on-one—you will be asked to follow specific protocols and answer questions before space is assigned. Please review this information before requesting space.
Requests are processed in the order in which they are received, with a turnaround time of two business days.
Please note: the academic calendar has priority over all aspects of scheduling. The Office of the Registrar continues to handle all academic space needs, such as a classroom location change, exam space, or review session. Please contact the Registrar's Office directly for these needs; do not fill out this form.
Faculty who would like to use space on campus to record class lectures should proceed with filling out this form.
