In this interactive session hosted by Professor Katrina Graham, students will learn how to better persuade and influence others, including peers and those with more authority (i.e. managing up).

In managing conflict in teams, students will learn basics around how to deliver negative feedback and approach difficult conversations with team members.

This event is sponsored by SBS Graduate Programs and is open to SBS graduate students and alumni.
