The Massachusetts Life Sciences Center (MLSC) coordinates a robust internship program focused on enhancing the talent pipeline for Massachusetts companies engaged in life sciences. Each year, the program creates over 500 new internship opportunities for college students and recent graduates by enabling small companies to hire paid interns. The program connects employers with prospective interns through an online platform and reimburses eligible companies for intern stipends.

This is a great opportunity for both STEM students interested in careers in life sciences as well as non-STEM students who want to work on the corporate side of the life science industry! MLSC also has a new data science internship program for undergraduate and graduate students.
