Biography
Chelsea Kendall is a practitioner in residence at Suffolk University Law School’s Environmental Law and Policy Clinic (ELPC). She supervises law students completing policy and litigation matters for clients including government agencies, environmental nonprofits, and community groups.
Prior to joining Suffolk, Chelsea spent six years with Conservation Law Foundation’s Clean Air and Water Program litigating federal citizen suits against polluters under the Clean Air Act and the Clean Water Act. Her docket included cases enforcing anti-idling laws, fighting pollution from finfish aquaculture, and curbing stormwater pollution from scrap metal yards.
Chelsea has a JD with honors from the University of Chicago Law School and a BA with honors in international studies from the University of Chicago. She is admitted to practice in Massachusetts, the District of Massachusetts, and in the First Circuit.
