My research interests lie at the intersection of organization theory and strategy. I am particularly interested in: inter-organizational relationships, especially multi-firm strategic alliances; the study of triads and how dyadic relationships are transformed by the addition of a third-actor; social networks; and cross-cultural decision making.Employment History
