My research interests include dosimetric treatment planning comparisons as well as qualitative research on experiences of radiation oncology professionals.
Teaching Philosophy
My teaching philosophy is grounded in the belief that every student can succeed, and I strive to adapt my instruction to support that success. I foster a transparent, inclusive, and respectful learning environment where diverse perspectives are valued, students feel safe to participate, and mistakes are viewed as opportunities for growth. Through student-centered active learning, discussion, collaboration, and the integration of clinical experiences, I encourage students to engage confidently and take an active role in their learning.
