Research

My research focuses on developing innovative approaches to therapist training that enhance clinical interpersonal skills. I also examine how feedback-informed treatment can strengthen therapeutic outcomes while promoting responsive, client-centered care.

Teaching Philosophy

My approach to teaching is developmentally tailored, supporting students as they grow into their emerging professional identities and integrate early clinical experiences with classroom learning. I strive to create a collaborative and supportive learning environment that encourages curiosity, collaboration, and lifelong professional growth.
