The Suffolk Graduate Certificate in Public & Nonprofit Performance Management (GCPNPM) examines how public sector and nonprofit organizations are moving toward new management and performance systems. In this nine-credit program, you will focus on the rationale for performance management and how to achieve strategic and operational outcomes through informed and institutionalized performance decision making and action.
This hybrid on campus/online program can be completed in as few as two semesters. You can continue to build on your management knowledge by stacking the GCPNPM with our Graduate Certificate in Public & Nonprofit Management & Leadership.
