The 1047 Commonwealth Avenue Apartments is co-ed and houses 380 students. It comprises 180 micro-apartments with a variety of double and triple studio type apartments.

Studio Apartment
The apartments house two or three students (typically sophomores). Each apartment has the same bedroom furniture as the residence halls. In addition, there is a fully furnished kitchen (table, chairs, refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, etc.) and in-unit washer dryer. There is a bathroom with a shower in each apartment.
