SU on the Go mobile application is designed for Suffolk University's students, faculty, and staff. The free mobile app provides access to many great resources like:

As a student, do I have the ability to see my past courses?
Yes, students can access their past courses by navigating to the My Courses tab and selecting the ‘Full Schedule’ option at the bottom. From here students can select the “Terms” option in the top right hand corner to see past courses.
As Faculty, do I have the ability to see the courses I taught in previous terms?
Unfortunately at this time this functionality is not available. Faculty can only access courses for their current term and for any courses occurring 60 days in to the future.
As a student, do I have the ability to see my grades for past terms?
Yes, students can access grades for all their terms by navigating to the My Grades tab and selecting the ‘Term’s option. From there, students can choose the term in which they would like to see their grades.
As Faculty, do I have the ability to see the grades of my students?
Unfortunately at this time this functionality is not available.
Why am I unable to sign in?
Make sure that you are using your Suffolk username and password to access both your Grades and Courses. If you are unable to access this information, please contact the ITS Suffolk Service Desk at 617-557-2000 or servicedesk@suffolk.edu
I know I am using the right username and password. Why do I get the message "Incorrect user ID or password. Type the correct user ID and password, and try again."?
Many mobile devices have predictive keyboard options. The keyboard may input a space after your username. Please be sure no extra characters are being added to the Username entry.

I tried to access one of the tabs and the app did not respond or it did not provide any information. Why is this occuring?
Some of the content provided is owned by a 3rd party provider and Suffolk is linking out to this information. If you experience an issue where information is not being provided please open a Suffolk Service Desk case so that it can be resolved.
