• Purchase a Care Package

Students love getting words, notes, and especially token of support from loved ones back home! Getting an unexpected gift at the start of the semester, around midterms/finals, on a holiday, during a special day (birthdays!), or while feeling under the weather can make all the difference for a homesick college student.

Buy a gift/care package to be delivered directly to your student. A portion of the proceeds will be returned to Suffolk University is support of student programs and services.

To order, please enroll in Suffolk Family email communications and watch for information to be emailed out during the ordering window.

  • SUFFOLKchat Events

Suffolk Family frequently hosts free online chat events known as "SUFFOLKchat." Chats are open to all families and moderated by Suffolk University’s staff, faculty, administrators, advanced student leaders, or members of the Suffolk Family Leadership Council.

Join a scheduled SUFFOLKchat to learn about what is happening at Suffolk, ask questions, and be an engaged member of the Suffolk Family community. These events are also a great opportunity to connect with fellow family members. Read transcripts of recent chats and activate your free username for upcoming SUFFOLKchats.

  • Family Weekend 2017

Family Weekend is a weekend of special events allowing families and their students to celebrate what makes Suffolk a special place – our community! Save the date for the weekend of October 13-15

  • Family Orientation

We offer family orientation programming during all freshmen and transfer student orientation sessions, run concurrently with, but separate from, the student program. During various presentations and programs, family members learn more about all aspects of the student college experience at Suffolk as well as the great resources available here. Spending time with Suffolk University during orientation provides families with a great opportunity to ask questions and truly understand the institution and their student’s college transition.
