Collections TEST
Student account balances that remain unpaid will be placed with a third-party collection agency. Suffolk University has partnered with the following collection agencies:
- Williams & Fudge, Inc.
- General Revenue Corporation
- Recovery Management Services, Inc.
Our collection agency partners work with students to resolve their delinquent tuition and institutional loan balance.
Please note:
- If your account has been transferred to an agency, collection fees will be added to a student’s delinquent balance and there may be a negative impact on the student’s credit scores.
- Suffolk University does not negotiate collections fees.
- If your account has been assigned to an agency, you will be notified directly by phone or letter from the agency.
- You must contact the agency you are assigned to in order to resolve your delinquent balance (including collections fees). You cannot make payments directly to Suffolk University.
- Your delinquent balance must be resolved in full (including collection fees) to have your Past Due and Collection holds removed, to register for future semesters, to prevent additional collections activity and to receive your diploma.
If you have questions about resolving your balance or want to make payment, please visit the agency’s Consumer/Account holder Portal:
