Scheduling Your Appointment

The Undergraduate Academic Advising Center at Suffolk welcomes your questions. While you're always welcome to drop by for a quick question, appointments are recommended as our staff wants to make sure we have enough time to address all of your concerns, and deliver the best advising experience possible.

As of March 19, 2020, the Undergraduate Academic Advising Center is available to meet with students by phone or online (via Zoom).

Students can make an appointment by calling 617-573-8034 or by clicking the “Get Assistance” button on the homepage of your Navigate account. New students (Freshmen and Transfer) must call or email us to set up a pre-orientation advising appointment.

If you are a current student using Navigate to make your own appointments, you must select the "Remote Undergraduate Academic Advising Appointments (Online/Phone)" option. Please make sure to include additional information in the notes sections of the appointment. This will help the advisor better prepare for the appointment.

At some point before your scheduled appointment time, the academic advisor will email you instructions containing a link to your Zoom/Phone appointment

Students may also send us an email with any questions about excess course petitions and outside course petitions, or with any other general questions.
