HUB Services
The HUB Info Center hosts information about campus services, events, Ram card and more. It also provides information on the area around Suffolk University participating off-campus locations to use your Ram Card.

Campus Maps
The HUB supplies campus maps to make getting around campus easy. You can find a complete map of campus here. Printed copies are available at The HUB Desk, and at the Welcome Center in 73 Tremont St.

MBTA Maps & Schedules
The MBTA provides subway, light rail, bus, commuter rail, and ferry service to Boston and surrounding communities. Here you can find Schedules & Maps, get assistance planning trips on the T, find fare information, download MBTA-endorsed apps, and safety information.

Suffolk University offers discount MBTA passes to students. Passes are managed and distributed by the Office of Student Leadership and Involvement. Follow these links for more information for CAS & SBS, and for Law Students.

Discount Ticket Sales
Visit us at the HUB for discount ticket sales including movie tickets, concert tickets, sporting events, special events, and more! Please note: The HUB only accepts Ram Card (Ram Account) as payment tender. We DO NOT accept cash, credit or debit cards, or checks.

Printing Assistance
Need assistance with Print Bucks? The HUB is able to make corrections with Print Bucks balances. Visit us at the HUB Desk for assistance. Find more information about on-campus printing.

HUB Program
The HUB Program is a student employment program that oversees the HUB Info Center, as well as campus events and marketing for Ram Card. The program consists of four positions: HUB Managers, HUB Scholars, HUB Fellows, and Summer Office Assistants. The HUB Staff play an integral role in the success of The HUB, Ram Card, and the Campus Card Services office by serving as information contacts between faculty, staff, families and departments. HUB Staff are actively involved in assisting the entire community with Suffolk related questions, directions, ticket sales and much more.
Become a HUB Employee
HUB Manager – HUB Managers are responsible for daily HUB Info Center operations. This position is open to active undergraduate students at Suffolk University who are eligible for Federal Work Study or Student Employment. Follow this link for a HUB Manager job description and application.
HUB Scholar – HUB Scholars are responsible for daily HUB Info Center operations and marketing tasks. This position is open to active undergraduate students at Suffolk University. This is a Scholar/Ambassador position and does not require Federal Work Study or Student Employment. Follow this link for a HUB Scholar job description and application.
HUB Fellow – HUB Fellows are responsible for overseeing HUB Info Center operations, as well as marketing tasks and analytics. This position is open to active graduate students at Suffolk University. Summer Office Assistant – Summer Office Assistants conduct marketing research, creating marketing materials, and assist staff members as needed with various tasks throughout the summer. This position is open to both active undergraduate and graduate students at Suffolk University. This position does not require Federal Work Study or Student Employment. When classes are in session, The HUB Desk is staffed:
- Monday: 9:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
- Tuesday: 9:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
- Wednesday: 9:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
- Thursday: 9:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
- Friday: 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Help Desks
Campus Card Services also runs Help Desks that are available to assist with printing, Ram Card and student accounts located in:

- The Moakley Library (inside the Sargent Hall 6th Floor Computer Lab)
