Conference & Event Housing
Suffolk University offers housing in both our Miller Hall (located at 10 Somerset Street) and at our Smith Hall (located at 150 Tremont Street) for conferences, events and educational programs happening in the Boston area.
Miller Hall
Miller Hall is a modern 19 floor tower style residence hall that has five two-bedroom suites on each floor. Each two-bedroom suite has a semi-private adjoining bathroom. Each floor has 4 suites housing a total of 4 guests per suite, with two guests per bedroom. Each floor also has a single occupancy room and every other floor has a quad occupancy room.
Smith Hall
Our Smith Residence Hall is an 11 story traditional style Residence Hall housing a total of 400 guests within a mix of 4-5 bedroom suites sharing a semi-private bath, and double, single and triple occupancy bedrooms sharing common hallway bathrooms.
Dining, Catering, Classroom and Function Space Rental
- In addition to housing, Suffolk provides classroom and function spaces to our visiting guests as well as dining and catering options.
- We offer classrooms ranging from standard 25 person rooms to 150 person auditorium style lecture halls.
- For function spaces, we offer several rooms ranging in capacity from 45-200 in the form of banquet rooms and lounges.
- For dining and catering, we offer breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner in addition to any and all catering needs you might have ranging from light snacks and beverages during your meetings, to catered formal dinners in our function spaces.
