The dissemination and regulation of intellectual property increasingly impacts our lives. From drug discoveries to memes, intellectual property is central to our communications, education, economy, health, entertainment, safety and leisure activities.

Recognizing that ideas and problem-solving are foundations of all societies, Suffolk University Law School has developed unique and broad intellectual property legal expertise and know-how to educate future lawyers, practitioners, policy makers, business executives, entrepreneurs, the judiciary and thought leaders about all aspects of intellectual property law.

A Dominant Force in IP Law

  • Best schools for tech law, IP (PreLaw Magazine spring 2018).
  • Most Patent Law Partners in Massachusetts.
  • Nearly 6% of Suffolk Law’s entering students this fall of 2019 have a PhD, most of them in STEM fields.
