Madison joins the PCD team with a wealth of experience as a labor and employment attorney and mentor to junior attorneys and interns. Most recently, Madison served as a labor and employment associate in the Boston office of Fischer Phillips LLP where she represented employers in workplace law disputes and advised clients on compliance with federal and state employment laws. Prior to that, Madison served as a litigation associate in the Boston office of Locke Lorde LLP where she focused on complex labor and employment and business litigation matters, contract disputes, and internal investigations.

Madison earned her J.D., cum laude, from Boston University School of Law, where she served as note editor of the Public Interest Law Journal. During law school, she gained experience representing clients in hearings and mediations as part of the school's Civil Litigation & Justice Program. Madison also represented debtors in negotiations and small claims trials as a student attorney in the Boston University School of Law Consumer Debt Practicum. Before law school, she graduated with a B.A., magna cum laude, from the College of the Holy Cross. .
